PLTI
Alumni
The
Alumni of the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) work together
to support parents who are taking, or have completed, the PLTI program.
Parents are supported and encouraged in their community projects.The
parents also work together to raise funds to support the PLTI program.

PEP
Alumni
The
Alumni of the People Empowering People (PEP) program use the leadership
skills they have acquired to guide other parents in the community,
informing them about existing resources and connecting them to the
community. They are support the projects of the existing PEP Class. The
parents also work together to raise funds to support the PEP program.
The PEP Alumni meet twice each month on Friday evenings. For more

Parent
as Partners in Education Committee
The
Parents as Partners in Education Committee brings parents, teachers,
and school administrators together to discuss ways that parents can
participate in their children's education. Monthly meetings provide
updates on what is happening in the public schools and discuss ways to
promote parent involvement as a key to school success. Ocasionally,
workshops on held for parents on topics such as the school budget
process.
Parents
as Partners in Education also coordinates the Childen and School
Success program, which is conducted in partnership with schools, to
help parents understand the importance of being involved in their
children's education.
